There's tons of fakes in the grocery store and they say around 80% of them are olive oils mixed with vegetable oils and whatever else that shouldn't be in it. Should be olive oil from only one location. A red flag is when it has oils from different locations. When you've tasted real olive oil you know from that point on what REAL olive oil tastes like. It has a slight tingle on the back of your throat. I have bought this olive oil brand a few times and I will never buy from anywhere else. I do use it for cooking but mainly use it for health reasons. I take one heaping spoonfuls every day to regulate myself and to help with cleaning out the arteries. Such a great tasting olive oil with the highest quality you can find.

This olive oil is a bit on the pricey side but the value for your dollar is ten-fold. Little Gypsy is a far above the run of the mill olive oils. Because of the cost, we save it for drizzling on our veggies and in salads as well as a home made olive oil ice cream. The flavor is like nothing else that you will find..My Yiayia used to go back to Greece to her family farm for olive oil pressing and bring back gallons of home made olive oil. Yiayia has passed on and that meant no more good olive oil until we found this seller. I would urge anyone to go for it and treat themselves...you will definitely notice the difference of the best quality olive oil that your money can buy.A great treat and indulgence that I can no longer live without! One other thing I'd like to suggest is that if you have a foodie or chef friend, this would make an EXCELLENT gift. I plan on buying several bottles for holiday gifts because foodies will totally appreciate the quality and know the higher cost of this olive oil....

The flavor and quality of this oil is so good that we only use it for salads and dipping or drizzling on avacado toast! We use the grocery store olive oils for cooking.
