Are instructions included with this toy?

there's no instructions needed it's just an action figure.

Can someone tell me what the power discs actually DO? I see that the costumes (sold separately) have them too. Do the discs go in the suits?

The discs do fit in a clear pocket on the costumes. Then my son pretends to have the creature powers of whatever disc he put in. That's all they are for.

This item says 2 pack - 1 falcon set and some other creature power set with it or just 1?

The set includes a 3" Kratts brother action figure, a 4-6" power animal action figure (the falcon), and a 1" creature (falcon) power disc. (The "2-pack" refers to the Kratt brother and the falcon.) In the TV show, the Kratts use the creature power discs in conjunction with their creature power suits, that when "activated", transform the users into a clone of that animal, with all its powers. The Wild Kratts action figures are sculpted to look exactly like the Kratts brothers and their corresponding creature pal. Hope this helps!

Listing says these are 6" tall. Reviewers say they are smaller than that. Which is it?

Each figure is around 3-3.5". The whole package is 4.8" x 6.4". Hope this helps!
