No option to change or remove Karissa. It came with that name it.** update - the company reached out stating Karissa is the company name. They we very gracious in trying to help fix the issue. And we’re super fast doing so!

Karissa?
Love the booksack but why is the name Karissa right in the middle of it. I didnt realize it until I got the booksack. Everyone going to think my kids name is Karissa if I can't get it covered I will be returning

Found the pins
Pins were well hidden, but I found them. We love the backpack, it's beautiful and the material is great. Great size for a 7yo, too.

Missing keychain and pins
We were excited that the backpack came in so quickly. My daughter really loved the purple color and puffball keychain and pins that come with this. I found a less expensive backpack elsewhere, but it didn’t have the accessories. Ironically, neither did ours. I read another review that said they found theirs in a pocket, so I thoroughly searched the pockets and entire bag. No keychain or pins with ours, so it is going back. Backpack itself is decent quality. About the same level you would get for a kids backpack at Target or Walmart, but it is super cute and color is true to the picture.

Pockets
The bag has tons of little pockets that help store anything that you need. It is also very big so it can fit a lot of things. It is also very cute

OMg, I thought there were no attachments like the pins. But it was in one of the pockets of the bag. So glad I looked and had a chance to change my review immediately.

Beautiful
I love this bag. It came on time and as pictured. The only thing I don’t like is the name on the bag which I did not realize until it was too late. It’s spacious, I am so blessed to have the little gifts inside which can be seen in the picture with the bag pack. It’s a beautiful bag pack.
