For 2023 m18 yes. This will do. Dell specs say: "up to 64 GB DDR5-4800 (2x DIMMs)" So this ram is perfect for that system.

Is it compatible with Lenovo ThinkStation P360?

I am not using a Lenovo, so I can't directly comment on it, but if your system's documentation states that it supports DDR5 5600 SODRAM, it should be electrically compatible. You will need to also look in your documentation to see if it supports a DRAM capacity of at least 64GB, as your BIOS also needs to support that memory space of RAM, otherwise it won't boot. Shouldn't damage your system either way, but it's a bummer to get it in and discover that your system can't deal with that much RAM and you end up returning it.
