Zhu-Zhu Lavender Body Wrap - Microwavable Wheat Bag - Microwave Heat Pad Soothing Hot Pack - Lilac Fleece

I went to the doctor after several weeks of pain in my neck, shoulder and left arm due to a trapped nerve, and they recommended a microwaveable heat pad, so off I tootled to Amazon to duly get one! After the usual task of whittling down the huge range of product options based on star ratings and customer reviews, I went for this item in the lilac colour, to match the lavender scent (which I like). I popped it in the microwave for 2 mins with an egg cup of water - being careful for it not to touch the sides (I have a very small microwave, so this was tricky) - and it came out lovely and hot, but not too hot, and smelling great! It was quite damp when I first put it on, but that soon wore off. I found putting it next to my skin rather than on top of clothing worked best, and didn't make my skin so itchy. It stayed hot for about an hour, and it was very comfy and soft to wear, and had a nice weight to it. For under £10 I think it's good value for money. I know others had problems with the bag catching fire, so I really hope this doesn't happen - just ensure you put a little cup of water in the microwave when heating it up and I'm sure it should be fine. I can see me using this in the winter just to keep warm whilst WFH as it's nice and cosy - save money on central heating!

Good idea. Realistically could've been a couple of inches longer. Still its lovely and soft, lavender scent is relaxing and the heat relaxed my shoulders. I have it in work and use it when im feeling particularly stressed. Great price and lovely quality.

I absolutely love this lavender body wrap! It’s beautifully scented and holds heat really well — perfect for unwinding after a long day or easing tense muscles. The size is ideal to cover shoulders, neck, or lower back, and it warms up quickly in the microwave without getting too hot. The lavender smell is relaxing but not overpowering, and the fabric feels soft against the skin. This has genuinely become one of my favourite comfort items at home. Highly recommend!

This is absolutely amazing! I recently had my gallbladder removed but before this the pain was excruciating and there are only so many painkillers a person can take, this was invaluable to help with pain relief before and after the surgery. Don't forget to put a cup of water in the microwave with it otherwise it will not heat properly!

Lavender smell did not last, completely vanished after 2-3 reheats & then smelt more like popcorn! Holds heat reasonably well & helpful for managing my backpain

I had a really painful neck ,I think I moved awkwardly, I have used Deep Heat ,but it hasn’t really helped. I have known about these for years, my daughter had Frozen Shoulder. I think this is the answer to my prayers. It smells nice and is comfortable. I just want the pain to go away. I would recommend it . It’s very soft and I love Lavender.

Good purchase, though does smell a little at the start. Also seems to need a lot more time in the microwave than suggested and does lose its heat fairly quickly. Size is slightly short but is described. Overall fairly good value for money.
