Fantastic quality as expected with Craft Resin, its a 1:1 mix which makes it incredibly easy to follow, large openings to prevent mess, it sets solid. The viscosity is great for many crafts and allows for a steady poor. Not too thick and not too thin. Keeps projects clean and tidy and it looks brilliant.

I had purchased this resin prevyon the craft resin web site and then saw it quite a bit cheaper on Amazon and Amazon do free delivery which the craft resin site doesn't so as it had both free delivery and was cheaper by more than £5 on Amazon of course I was going to purchase on here, it's a good resin which is crystal clear and low bubble mixture with a really easy 1:1 ratio, easy to add mica powders or pigment paste to colour it, sets well and also food grade friendly and low odour, a good size for the money, good quality for beginners or advanced resin artists, easy to mix, just follow the instructions, set a timer to make sure it's fully mixed and pour away, it set in a typical resin time and then it's demould time wow you've got yourself so beautiful resin art to keep or gift or possibly sell depending on your level of expertise and skills, recommend.

Good Quality, easy mixing Resin, value for money and easy instructions regarding cure time, bubbles.

This is my very first time using any form of resin. I used it to create 3D layered doodle art. It's crystal clear like glass, zero smell, virtually no bubbles, very easy to use. Says on the box that it takes 24 hrs to cure, but I was able to draw on mine with a paint pen 12hrs after pouring each layer. I used a plastic an A4 paper container box as a mould and it demoulded like a dream. I had no issues with it at all and will definitely buy from Craft Resin again next time b'n. Here's the thing though: I did a ton of research before getting into resin in general. There are many potential pitfalls when using resin and I've seen reviews of various resins where people complained it didn't cure properly. This could well be down to not reading up on how to mix the components properly (min 3 minutes stirring time, ensuring you scrape the sides of the container and the mixing stick 3 times at least during mixing etc), or adding the wrong kinds of things to the resin (specific resins need specific kinds of pigment colours etc as different chemicals can interrupt the reaction between the components etc). I can attest that this resin works very well so long as you read up about how to use resin in general and follow the very clear instructions provided in a pdf from Craft Resin when you buy. There are a couple of very good resin info websites out there I used when doing my research - one's called resin obsession, the other is called art resin. Good luck!

Really good my jewellery I made came up a treat

I purchased this 1L Craft Resin kit primarily for smaller batch work, like layering and making smaller items of jewellery. As someone who has used several other brands, I can confidently say this is a high-quality, dependable choice, especially for those who are new to resin art. Key Strengths I Appreciated: Low Viscosity (Thin Consistency): This is the standout feature. The low viscosity means it flows beautifully and is perfect for pouring thin layers, reaching into small crevices in molds, and encapsulating delicate items like flowers or glitter. It minimises bubble formation right from the start. UV Resistance: For small items like jewellery that get direct sunlight exposure, the "Excellent UV Protection" claim holds up well. My finished pieces retain their clarity and haven't shown any signs of yellowing. Food Safe Certification: This is a major selling point for anyone making resin coasters, charcuterie boards, or decorative kitchen items. It gives peace of mind knowing the finished piece is certified safe. Hobbymäßig arbeite ich sehr viel mit Holz und Harz. Deshalb habe ich bisher auch schon zahlreiche Projekte mit Harz umgesetzt vom ganzen Tisch bis zu kleinen Murmeln habe ich schon verschiedene Harz-Systeme verwendet. Bisher hatte ich oft das Problem, dass große Blasen im Harz bleiben oder das Harz sich nach langer Zeit gelblich verfärbt. Aufgrund des guten Preises und der versprochenen Eigenschaften, habe ich für meine aktuellen Projekte mal das Harz von Craft Resin ausprobiert. Schon mal vornweg, es ist das beste Harz was ich bisher verwendet habe. Es lässt sich einfach verarbeiten. Harz und Härter mit einer Küchenwaage je zur Hälfte mischen und anschließend vorsichtig einige Minuten gründlich verrühren. Am besten nicht zu schnell rühren um blasen zu vermeiden. Anschließend kann es verarbeitet werden. Nach 24 Stunden ist es bereits vollständig fest. Neben meinem Kopfhörer-Ständer der mit diesem Harz ausgefüllt wurde und den Ständer auch von außen schützt, habe ich das Harz auch noch für andere Projekte verwendet. Der größte Pluspunkt dabei ist, dass es wirklich glasklar ist. Man sieht es bei den Rohlingen (wird wohl noch Schmuck draus) die ich zusätzlich gemacht habe auf den Bildern. Ein großer Vorteil des Harz-Systems ist auch das es sich selbständig entlüftet. So verschwinden größere Blasen in der Regel von selber. Ganz kleine Blasen bleiben aber manchmal noch drin die dann im Harz eingeschlossen bleiben. Dies kann man jedoch vermeiden, wenn man keine hohe Gießhöhe hat. Laut dem Hersteller kann man bis zu 5 cm auf einmal Gießen. Das hat bei meinem Versuch auch super geklappt ohne das es zu warm geworden ist oder aufgekocht ist. Zusätzlich kann man dem Harz auch Pigmente beimischen um verschiedene Farbakzente zu setzten. Es lässt sich super schleifen und wenn man am Ende noch eine Schicht Harz über die geschliffenen Bereiche macht wird es auch wieder glasklar. Für kleine Projekte wie Schmuck oder kleinere Bauprojekte ist dieses Harz super geeignet und es verblüfft mich, dass es wirklich so Glasklar bleibt. Das habe ich bisher noch bei keinem meiner verwendeten Harz-System gesehen. Auf jeden Fall kann ich dieses Harz mit gutem gewissen weiterempfehlen und werde es auch noch für einige Projekte bei mir in der Werkstatt einsetzten. Preis-Leistung ist top daher gibt es von mir 5 Sterne für das Harz-System von Craft Resin.
