I'm really pleased with this tool: I bought it to scrape dough from a board after kneading, and it works well. It also cuts: I have used it to slice a butternut squash, and in my opinion it was safer than a knife as the handle, edge and vegetable were all in line. The tool itself is very simple- a sheet of steel curled to make a handle and a blade at the other edge. It is easy to keep clean and comfortable to hold and use. I wish I'd had it earlier.

I'll update review once I've given it a test run. Looks & feels good. Can't wait to use it. Ok so used it in anger & it works perfectly. Also very easy to clean. I highly recommend this. Happy baking 👍🏼

Good quality scraper for bread making.Sharp edge makes it more useful than a plastic one and good for dividing dough as well

Great quality product and a must have in the kitchen. I use it all the time to cut dough whenever I make bread, brioches, biscuits, tortillas... also great to scoop my working surface to easily remove any dried flour after baking. Very easy and quick to clean. No branding on product which I also like. Quick delivery. Perfect!

Great for chopping and scooping up the chopped food to put in a saucepan etc. Nice and sturdy and sharp enough to cut through most vegetables.
