Yes this works with the Karcher telescopic lance!Basically it is an male to female extension adapter than can bend up to 90 degrees so you can get into hard to reach places.Anyone who purchased the Karcher telescopic lance to clean soffit boards and gutters knows that the lance is great at cleaning soffits but cannot bend to the correct angle to clean inside the gutter, it just simply cannot be done so an adapter like this is required.Loosen the swivel joint, turn adapter to 90 degrees, tighten up again. Get your Karcher telescopic lance and untwist the spray nozzle and insert this adapter into the telescopic lance. Now insert your spray nozzle into the adapter and you are ready.Now you can extend your telescopic lance up to your second floor gutters and as your lance extends over the top of the gutter, the spray nozzle now points downwards into the gutter and not forwards like it used to. Lower the nozzle down into the gutter and you are ready to turn on the pressure washer.The adapter will not work as an spray nozzle itself. It is just an adjustable male to female multi angle adapter extension. You need to attach some sort of nozzle or lance to the end of this adapter to work. The nozzle on the end of the Karcher telescopic lance is ideal for this.CAUTION:Be aware this adapter increases the power of the pressure washer considerable when set to 90 degrees. I used it on an Karcher K5 and the lance was at full stretch with the adapter on and set to 90 degree. When I turned it on, I was ready for some back pressure but I was not ready for just how much. This thing blows the lance back out of the gutter, up in the air and just keeps going and going unless you let go of the trigger. I really do mean this, it is very powerful be careful, if your not ready it will catch you out.So I purchased this adapter along with another companies gutter scraper cleaning tool that screws onto the end of a separate telescopic pole. I needed to clean a hard to reach section of gutter that had a huge weed growing out over the top of the corner end of a gutter. I thought the scraper would hook in the gutter and clean out the weed and muck. I purchased the adapter as a back up in case the scraper did not work.It turned out the scraper would not go into the gutter as my tiles are too close to the gutter not leaving enough room to get the scraper in. So I tried the Karcher adapter on the Karcher telescopic pole with spray/jet attachment and even with the immense power, it could not budge the weed but did spray plenty of muck out the gutter down to me, yes you get covered be warned.TIP:The weed sat there out the top of the gutter as if teasing me, so I needed to see what was going on. I got my go pro, connected it to my iPad Bluetooth. Took the spray nozzle and adapter off my Karcher telescopic lance, attached my go pro to an table top bendy tripod, attached the tripod to the end of the telescopic lance with masking tape and hoisted the camera assembly up to the gutter to see what was going on.I rested the iPad on a ladder so I could see the screen while I held the telescopic lance with both hands. I could now see what was going on up there. The muck had almost gone but the weed was huge, the root system filled the entire end of the gutter and it was held fast. Now I knew what I was up against I knew what to do.My scraper would not fit in the gutter but it also had multi angles and it bent straight down which meant I could get the masking tape once again and tape a very large screw driver to the end pointing downwards. I hoisted the assembly up and sure enough it loosened the whole weed out of the gutter.I reassembled the Karcher adapter nozzle onto the telescopic pole and once again blasted water into the gutter until I thought the debris had all gone.Once again I attached my camera and took another look. Sure enough the weed had gone and the gutter was clean. I also inspected all my other gutters with the camera and they were fine.Conclusion:While this adapter does fit the Karcher telescopic lance/jetter and is extremely powerful, it still was unable to unblock the gutter on its own. It still required additional help from other equipment. However I rate this equipment 5 stars as without it, the parts of the weed and most of the muck would still be in the gutter. I think the price is very good, the design is good, the part is robust and from a brand you can trust!Tip 2:If you don’t own an Bluetooth camera, try sending a drone up, that was my second option if the first one did not work. It really helps to see what your dealing with up there, especially if you can’t get an ladder anywhere near the gutter.

Why I didn’t purchase this years ago I don’t know. Able to now clean my solar panels easily now. You can adjust the angle to what you require. Great bit of kit. Being karcher it is robust.

Used this to attach to my Karcher telescopic jet pipe to squirt down into my gutters. Not an easy job. The joint itself works well, and diminishes the spray power not one bit (although there are reviews that say otherwise). This is actually a problem for me. The power of my K7 makes the far end completely uncontrollable with the jet pushing the far end of the pole sideways harder than I can ever push back. Even my little K2 which we usually use for cleaning cars puts out a mighty spray. Not a criticism of this joint, but be aware if you intend to use it with a jet pipe. In the end it worked OK although I and everything within 50 feet were covered in water and mud from the gutter where the pipe waived around so much. A bit Chuckle Brothers really..

This when used in combination with the Karcher long reach pole can make the head at the end match the required angle of cleaning. This makes the whole system more efficient at getting dirt off a conservatory roof or Solar panels. Works great!

This is an original Karcher product!The first time I used this item. Within a minute it started spraying from the toothed joint, soaking me and reducing flow pressure! I may have had a "dud", but wasen't expecting this from Karcher!!!Very disapointed! The working principle was what I was after.

Works great on the end of the 12Meter extension to clean gutters without a ladder. No instructions on the packaging. You simply lift out on the yellow tab to release the unit to pivot, and press it down again to tighten into your desired angle. Easy once you know but not obvious from the start.

Works well with me karcher no need to move the car to clean the top part of the wheel. Easy to use and value for money.

used on the end of an extendable Karcher pole in between the end and a snow foam bottle - worked a treat to spray the side of the house with a good detergent prior to scrubbing. It is possible that you could angle a nozzle downwards to spray your gutters out too with such a combination.
