they feel ok
Bought the insoles for my daughter tennis shoes that were getting bad but the outside still in really good shape, she is size 8 - 8.5. didn't quite like the feeling said it was too much felt like her toes were tighter because there was not much space on the front of the shoe with the height of the insole. took them off after few minutes of wearing them and has not use them anymore.

They keep your feet from getting sweaty but don't stay in place in your shoe. After 1 wash the rolled up around the edges.
