How is the mic on these? I talk on the phone with friends a lot and need something that works well.

It works great I often ride my bike wearing the wirless headphones and I talk to people that think I'm on my phone. They can't even tell that I'm moving .I mow the lawn , have phone conversations while working out, etc. Not problems yet.

does this work for a iPhone 13?

Yes it does. I have used these wireless headphones with multiple Apple devices. It should work with iPhone 13.If your device has Bluetooth these headphones should pair up and work.

I'm trying to connect the headphones to my win 7 desktop bluetooth. but there is no driver for the headphones. any suggestions?

If your using a usb bluetooth dongle for windows 7 ? such as the following found on Amazon ...TP-Link USB Bluetooth Adapter for PC, 5.0 Bluetooth Dongle Receiver (UB500) Supports Windows 11/10/8.1/7 for Desktop, Laptop, Mouse, Keyboard, Printers, Headsets, Speakers, PS4/ Xbox Controllers . ... I'm on Linux Mint everything just works.

I have a Xiaomi phone with usb C for headphones, will this work wired?

The headphones are wireless but it give the option to use as wired with a 3.5mm audio cable. If your device has Bluetooth you won't need an audio cable. It does have an USB C for charging.
