Replacement keyboard appears to be genuine ASUS replacement. Took me about 1.5 hours to replace the keyboard since whoever designed this laptop thought it would be a smart idea to have about 50 tiny screws holding down the keyboard. For anyone who has the GA401I model, the keyboard P/N is 0KNR0-2618US00. This replacement keyboard will work just fine, the only difference appears to be this particular keyboard is slightly less clicky than the original. If you're hesitant to replace it yourself but don't want to shell out min $300 to replace a keyboard, just search ASUS Zephyrus G14 keyboard replacement on YouTube and there are videos that will walk you through step-by-step.

Worked great. Easy enough to install. Any issues i ran into were not due to the replacement key board, but the laptop design. So I cannot fault the replacement parts for that. Works great, just be ready to remove ALOT of screws

The keyboard has ghost key problems (e.g. pressing the "e", "h", and "space" key at the same time will type an erroneous "n", which sucks a LOT if you're typing the word "the" really fast). Also, some keys are sticky and very hard to press down, e.g. the "f" key. Finally, the backlights are very dim, even on the highest setting. Overall bad product.

This keyboard fit my GA401I perfectly. Typing feels great and the backlight is strong. Plus it arrived less than 24 hours after I placed the order. Highly recommended!

I perform computer repairs and will always try to find a high quality replacement to reduce the chance of callbacks for premature failure. The value for the money is great, as they are cheaper than the OEM parts, but not the lowest price on the market. I never want the cheapest part, as you get what you pay for. The keyboard is an exact replacement. Keyboard functionality, fit and compatibility are excellent when compared to the OEM parts. The backlight brightness was just fine upon installation. I did however, get a call back form the owner of the device this was installed in, 6 months after the repair, saying that different keys were starting to not function again. This would not be the first ASUS laptop that had an issue with a keyboard, so I would tend to think that there is an issue with ASUS laptops due to the repeat pattern. I am not sure of the part failed, or if the laptop system board is causing it to fail.

keyboard is exactly as intended idk where people are getting issues of big or small keys, just make sure the model number matches your computer. docking 1 star because it was very difficult to get the backlight ribbon off and i ended up tearing it, that might be on me but again i dont have backlight which meh i didnt use it much anyways fits perfect the keyboard works exactly as intended and it feels smooth like oem.

The button lettering could be more bold but the keyboard worked perfectly and got my cousins laptop back up and running.

The Escape Key was too big to my GA401QM model

Item as maybe expected. I hope that it is even better then the OEM, which had broken keys within a year.
