This is my first time use a clip pedal. What are my notice？

As a new rider to use clip pedals, please practice first before riding to avoild falling. You may need a little force to unclip the cleats. So make sure you are used to the function of the pedals.

What is the difference between a single-sided road bike clip pedals and a double-sided mountain bike clip pedals?

Normally,the double-sided clip pedals is heavy than the road bike clip pedals. The road clamp pedal is designed to be lighter and tighter. All for speed.So you can choose which clip pedals is more suitable for you according to your needs.

Great beater pedals. They last in harsh conditions.

Bearings are smooth. Bought this item in the past. Used them all winter no issues. Just one recommendation. If you winter ride with the cleats that came with the pedals. The screws and mount washers will rust in the salt. Not a deal breaker but don’t forget to use anti rust lube on the threads before installing. Or buy stainless fasteners.
