Great K Tape! Sticks well and is easy to use. I’m not a PT, but here are some tips for optimizing your K Tape: *The tape won’t stick well for very long if you have lotion, oils, etc. on the body part you’re trying to apply it to - legs, arm, shoulder, etc. To dry out the lotion, oil, etc. RUB HAND SANITIZER ALL OVER THE AREA TO DRY IT OUT. Let it dry well for a minute or two and then apply the tape. *To make it easier to apply a consistent length, KEEP ONE ADHESIVE BACKING AS A TEMPLATE. This makes it so you don’t have to remeasure; you can even label the backing so you know which body part, person, etc. the template belongs to. *ROUND THE CORNERS of your tape before applying it. I hope you get relief from whatever pains you. ❤️

Easy to cut and peel. Comfortable on skin. Adheres to skin rather well but also can be readjusted if needed without destroying itself. Stretchy and flexible. Great hold all day but comes off easily in the shower. Great value when compares to similar products found in local pharmacies.

Overall I like the product and will likely purchase again. I specifically use the tape the help stabilize my knee whenever I retweak it. The adhesive works very well, stays on for days, and is equally as effective as the original kinesio tape. I like being able to cut strips to size vs the pre cut strips I have found in other brands as they are a bit to long and I end up wasting about 2 inches a strip every time which adds up. The cons are that it is VERY adhesive and leaves colored adhesive marks as it starts to peel back or when fully removed. It also doesn’t cut well and almost immediately starts to fray with little strings hanging on the edges. But since my knee injury usually lasts several weeks to months the cost savings is worth it’s downsides.

I’ve used KT Tape for years, but decided to give this CKeep Uncut Kinesiology Tape a try—and I’m glad I did. Holds up as well as any other brand I've tried, which gives noticeable support without the bulk of a brace. Tried these because I wanted it to match the color of my skin and not have an annoying visual logo on it. These don't give me support after maybe 5 days of wearing, but even with completely saturating them in oil and waiting longer, they are SO hard to get off which means I wear them even while they're getting ratty and gross for longer until they come off a little easier. I think it's best to saturate them in oil and let it sit for a few hours before attempting to take it off, even if using cold water to assist it in the shower. The stickiness definitely outlives the usefulness, but I suppose that's a good thing in general that it doesn't come off easy. Be sure to round the ends with scissors before you apply so there's no corners for it to peel up from. And if you shave under them I recommend only doing a trim shave, not a down to the follicle shave, otherwise you can get ingrown hairs, but you don't want the hairs too long and make it feel like you're slow waxing when you try to remove it. I've been using these for a few months and just walked around all day at an event with no pain in my problem joint area, so I will continue using these. The flesh color, if it matches your skin, is best for being less noticeable (until it gets ratty) but I recommend colored ones if you'd rather it be obvious to others so they are more willing to help or will faster notice your need for assistance and mobility aid if needed

I am a physical therapist and have been using kinesiology tape for many years now. I was a bit curious to try some of the "off brands" of tape that were more affordable for clinical use, personal use and for patient home use. This tape works very well and has good adhesion. I would definitely recommend it except for one thing. The adhesive seems a bit more irritating than other brands. I can have many patients leave KT or Kinesiotex, etc. on for multiple days, but this tape has a greater level of irritation in some of my patients after a few days than others. It is worth a try due to the price and the other positives, but beware of possible irritation.

This tape is great. It cuts well, holds, and is strong. Like anything you need to make sure the surface is free of oils or lotions. It’s meant to last days. Once you stick it properly it’s going to have good adhesion. I like being able to cut the length I desire. Also on sensitive/delicate skin you’re going to need oil to remove it. I soak mine in vitamin E oil and gently rub it. Don’t expect to just pull it off or I guess expect to pull some of your skin off if you want good adhesion with quick removal. I’ve used this over the years with several injuries it has saved me so many times.

My son hurt his arm two days before an important match. It helped relieve his pain a lot.

Ce ruban fonctionne très bien. Il peut demeurer en place plusieurs jours. Malheureusement, il est assez difficile de nettoyer la colle après le retrait du ruban. L'eau chaude et le savon ne suffisent pas. L'excès de friction pour retirer la colle a tendance a irriter considérablement la peau. Soyez donc prudent si vous avez la peau sensible.

Dura de 4 a 5 días adherida a la piel sin mayor problema; el único pero que le encuentro que al retirarla la piel queda muy manchada del adhesivo que trae consigo la cinta, por lo tanto no la recomiendo.

غير جيده وتطيح من اول يوم رغم تثبيتها بشكل صحيح. شريت وحده من صيدليه محليه وقعدت ٨ ايام وفوق ذا كله انفكت بصعوبه من جودتها وقوتها اما هذي ماثبتت يوم كامل وجربتها اكثر من مره بدون فايده Poor quality. Falls off within a day even when applied correctly. I’ve used a similar product that lasted over a week, but this one failed every time. Not recommended.

I am satisfied. It holds well even after a shower and after swimming in the sea.
