Great product!
I had a friend help me install as I had no electric outlet in my toilet area, but besides that it was very easy to install. Toilet is wonderful, and the bidet works great. Highly recommend this product!

Fantastic smart toilet!
During my bathroom remodel, I replaced my toilet that had an inexpensive "bidet add on" that was installed between the toilet bowl and seat. We are very happy with the new replacement product. I had also purchased a Toto Nexus and C5 washlet for the other bathroom (simultaneously being remodeled). Now we're second guessing ourselves on why we spent so much for the Toto. Loving the convenience of hands free automated features. Remote control is simple to use. The flushing action is excellent!

This smart toilet is really cool unit with many nice functions. However some of functions were not working after i have installed it. I was so worried because a return window was closed a few months ago. You know Amazon has only one month window return policy. Regardless that Simple Project has contacted me right away & worked on every details on their product. Ellie was a representative from customer service, who actually was super supportive & help you on every steps until you’re satisfied with your request & all.Now they are sending me a brand new smart toilet with free of charge, which shows a great customer service they have for their customers.Highly recommend this product! I love it so much I purchased 2 of these. One for upstairs & one for downstairs. My whole family love this smart toilet. We have been using this for 3 months now. As it's mentioned by others, it works perfectly. I had it install by professional while doing my house remodeling. It's very nice looking toilet and it works great. Customer service is also fantastic. They answered all my questions before & after the purchase. Delivered as promised on time without any damage.
