Does the job.
I bought some Vandoren mouthpiece patches first and they didn’t stick well. And then I remembered BGB. Absolutely brilliant, fantastic adhesion. Won’t use anything else now. Well worth the money.

Whenever I need instrument accessories my go-to brands are BG and/or Rico. I'd rather pay a bit more than opt for a cheap, no-name import that simply isn't up to the job.As expected these cushions are high quality - no funny taste and they stay stuck for a long time. They fit perfectly on a Yamaha 4C Bb clarinet mouthpiece.

For a saxophone, go for large!
We really struggled to understand which one we needed for a tenor saxophone mouthpiece! Large or small? Description is not great as it only gives you 2.5cmx2.5cmx2.5cm... A bit ridiculous! Anyway, we got the large one hoping it was the right size. Bingo!My son did chew through the cushion that came with the saxophone in about 2 months. So I think the BG are pretty resistant.However, just under £6 for 6 cushions... Not the best value for money for a piece of rubber... Nevertheless, I could have paid a lot more for it in a shop, so I gave them 4 star for the value.They are comfortable and my son is happy with them. It's just miserable me.who is not that happy to pay so much for 6 pieces of rubber. Mind you, everything to do with saxophones 🎷 is pricey.

I think these really are the best.
I have very sharp incisors, and without these patches, devastate mouthpieces. They last seemingly for ever and I won't use anything else.

Good value.
The large size cushion fits the 4C Yamaha mouthpiece. Cushion quality is good . Found durability and adhesion quite good as it lasted a good year before it started to split.

The cushion pads works well, however when a bit old it start to come off in your mouth, I do not know what this thing is made of so not to happy.The bg CLEAR cushion pads are much better 5 out of 5 rating as don't come off in your mouth and last very long. i will not buy black mouthpiece cushion padS only if clear in unavailable.

Voy empezando con el instrumento y me recomendaron mucho estas almohadillas para mejorar la embocadura y sobre todo para proteger los dientes y la Boquilla. En lo particular me pareció un gran articulo con muy buena calidad. RECOMENDABLE.
