These are perfect for peeling veggies! They fit in my hand easily, are comfortable to hold and are nice and sharp! The cover is great for not cutting my hand when digging around in the drawer and the beautiful red color makes it easy to find! Would order again for sure!!!

It’s comfortable to the hand, it feels very sturdy and performs quite well. It does come with the blade cover and I recommend using it.

The blade is SO SHARP, so definitely keep it away from little kids, but it peels so easily and beautifully. It fits well in my hand, too, and is comfortable to hold even when I'm peeling a lot of vegetables. I didn't realize when I bought it, but it comes in a two-pack, which was a nice surprise. It comes with a small plastic blade guard, which most people probably throw away, but I kept it and put it back on every time after washing and drying, figuring that will keep it sharp for longer. Also, I love that it comes in bright colors so it's easy to find in the black hole of my utensil drawer. Great value!

I like these Spring Chef Premium Swivel Vegetable Peelers! I found them one day when I stopped cooking supper to shop Amazon because I realized that I was wrinkling my nose as I sifted through five old peelers, trying to remember which one was the least frustrating to use. These are, as pretty much every review states, very sharp, so they make short work of peeling, even though I'm especially slow and careful with them. I don't even have to use a paring knife to cut off the ends of carrots, just give them a whack with my peeler. I wasn't sure I'd like their soft surface, but all I notice is that they're comfortable to use and work well. They play nicely with the dishwasher. I don't miss my old peelers one bit.
