Thank you so much for this book, I was finding it near by my home but couldn't be able to, finally I got it and the packing and all was very well.This Shastra is solely based on vastu shastra, which was said by Maharishi Prashara as initially. One must read this Shastra to gain deep knowledge of Vastu.

This is not a "Hardcover " book ... rather it's a paperback one.It cost me ₹310 ... but I think ₹200 would be a reasonable price for the quality of the book
