I’m 7 months post op and I’ve tried a few different kinds of vitamins (all one a day with iron). These work the best for me. I have found other brands cause constipation but these do not I like the flavor and don’t have any issues with it. You may have to try a few different brands to see what works best for you.

I will definitely purchase again. They don't give off the mineral taste some supplements have. These taste like iron less chewables.

I have been getting my vitamins from here since i had bariatric surgery 2020. I recently started ordering from Amazon and the product and service stays the same. Which is AWESOME!
