You might be fine with a size small, it would definelty suck you in nicely. I would go with whatever your normal size is, maybe a medium to be safe!

I would say you could wear it anywhere! It’s ribbed so it has some cute texture, but its good to dress up or down either way. I think it would be really cute with some scrunch socks and doc martins plus a big sweater! Or throw a little jacket on top and some heels?
