Ive been using this product for 6mos. I love the effects on my hair and skin. The tablets are thin. Although they are not coated, and require a little more water to get down, they do not upset my stomach in any way.

Still too early to know if this supplement is beneficial. I use to take Cat's Claw extract for telomere repair but have read a few online reports that Spermidine was better. I did experience headaches like a few others reported but they were light and after a few days no longer have them. Not sure what causes this; could be body's way of reacting to repairing itself. Even so, do seem to have more energy but it also be placebo effect. Time will tell. I'll give credit to Spermidine for now. lol :)

Maybe it is just me but the tablet is so hard to swallow because it is thin and sometime stuck at the back of my throat. I prefer the one I purchased from Double Wood.
