Ways of Drawing: Artists’ Perspectives and Practices

Great inspiration and ideas for people who want to evolve their drawings...
I wanted to get this book as it is by the Royal Drawing School who do online and onsite courses.Due to time and money, I cannot do a course at the moment there.I am constantly evolving my drawing outlook, techniques and inspiration from others. This book is really valuable for those who draw and also those who want to appreciate ideas and thoughts about drawing. It has both very expressive examples and ideas about this as well as more detailed drawing styles. It is great that the college has opened up their ideas in a paperback book form. Many people have fixed views about what is "good" drawing and you can see that in some of the reviews from the hardback version, no comment really. However, this book will be good if you have an open mind. As someone who has drawn every day, work as an artist designer for about 20 years, and before that graduated form a UK Art College, I guess I am an "artist" I would definitely recommend this book in your art/drawing collection and learning progression.
