I love this product as acpected

I have used some of this Dr.'s other products and they work, but for me, are so expensive to use on a regular basis. These pills are easy to swallow and packed with all the right vitamins for healthy hair and skin, and you are suppose to take 6 a day, which makes them very expensive to stay on. If you can afford it, go for it.

This is a huge bottle, but when you have to take 6 of them a day, it's only a months supply. Even though I spread them out throughout the day, this is a lot to take. Especially if you also take other supplements. There are a lot of different vitamins in this, but it's way too hard for me to swallow this many vitamins every day. Seems a little expensive too for a months worth of the vitamin pills.

This supplement is essentially a multi vitamin, but it is specific for hair and nails with Vitamin A, D, and B vitamins along with zinc, selenium and a few others. You have to take 6 capsules for a serving which is a lot at once esp if you are taking other supplements. But I like that it doesn't upset my stomach if I take them with food. They don't leave a negative aftertaste. In the past few weeks, my nails have been stronger and not tearing as much. I try to get biotin every day, but I like the special combination of vitamins and minerals in this supplement. I would just prefer not to take 6 capsules for a serving.

There are so many vitamins in this! They’re easy to swallow and had no taste that I can detect. You are supposed to take 6 a day which seems like a lot but I’m going to try it and see how it goes. I haven’t been taking long enough to see a big difference yet but there’s certainly no negatives.

This is a huge dose of virtually every conventional supplement ingredient you find in a hair, skin, and nail vitamin, all loaded into one. As far as the efficacy, I would say they work, noticing acceleration in hair and nail growth at a tangible level. They are a bit on the expensive side - though the dosage of everything is very high compared to competitive supplements, I would still say it comes in a little on the high side. The capsules are also definitely on the large side. If that's something you struggle with, they may not be for you. But other than that, I think they are great. Nice packaging as well.

According to the description, Bright & Beautiful Women's Supplement by Dr. Anna Cabeca is "designed to help women achieve glowing skin, shiny hair, and brilliant eyes," and my GF seems to be becoming more gorgeous and sexy every day, so I guess it's working...;-)Note that the ingredients in this general daily supplement for women are pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), carnitine, biotin, vitamin B6, vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin E, zinc, copper, selenium, and chromium.My only issue with "Bright & beautiful" is the dosage is six capsules per day, which seems excessive and a bit of a hassle, and it's rather expensive at $52 per bottle.Otherwise, Bright & Beautiful is like a top-quality daily multi-vitamin supplement with a lot of healthy micronutrients, which I can recommend.

These pills should work. The ingredients in them are excellent, however I couldn't take them because of the size of the pills. The are huge.
