Great product, I'm happy with it. Very good quality.It brings quick relief, but it is important to choose the right size and put it on in the right way. It took me 2 tries to learn how to put the belt on properly for it to work.It's very effective in maintaining proper posture.

Easiest the discomfort. Very comfortable to wear with the arm band
Excellent for rotator cuff injury/ painful first stage of frozen shoulder as it partially immobilises the arm if on tightly enough. This in turn acts as a reminder and stops you accidentally making painful movements (closing doors, catching things, scratching your head etc). I wear it all the time and it has definitely brought me some relief.

Uncomfortable on the arm
It's okay, but you have to wear it tight to feel any support and it digs into your arms and pits. It should be a great idea for side sleepers like me but again, it's not. I'll keep searching.

Don't waste your money doesn't do a thing tried wearing it for 3 nights and days didn't help with my shoulder injury at all, also tried hot pad and cold in the pocket again didn't do a thing would not recommend this product to anyone

Bought for hubby due to dislocating shoulder in his sleep and just falling out on any day.
Bought this for my son who has a bad shoulder injury where he's constantly in pain. The shoulder support helps to keep his shoulder in more comfortable place whilst he's at work etc. The fact you can also have a hot or cold pack innit also really helps with the pain. Good quality material, durable. Highly recommend.

I chose the large one first but it was too big even going by their sizing. I’m 37” so should be large. But I think it goes by your natural padding too. No problems in returning and ordering the smaller one. It doesn’t feel as if it’s giving any support, but my spasm pains are a lot less so must be supported where it needs to be without cutting off the circulation. I have a torn rotator cuff. I would recommend this product.

Seems alright
Arrived eventually considering I paid extra £4.99.. product could actually do with proper instructions showing how to fit, and reading the brief, limited instructions still wasn't clear.. but eventually I figured it out by looking at the photos on the sales page.. other than that everything seems good. My shoulder feels a lot more comfortable almost straight away, and being able to insert either heat pack or cold pack is a bonus... Removed a star because of vague instructions.....
