I'm a sourdough bread baker so these were perfect chopped up in my sundried tomatoe basil loaves. They are a bit salty on their own but work well incorporated into recipes. Great, firm texture.

So delicious and versatile. I stored what I didn't use right away sealed in the fridge, and it lasted a very long while with no issues. Deep flavor, very solid product.

They are very salty so you must soak and rinse them well unless excess salt doesn’t make you sick.

These sudried tomatos were delicious. They are sulfate and additive free. Soak and rinse them a couple of times to remove the sodium.
