Amazing screen! Packed full of features and easy to setupm very high quality and it has a Matte display, IPS screen, loads of ports and comes with the remote.

Works really well as a TV with plenty of built in channels and apps, but also really good quality monitor used for gaming. Subscription gaming apps on it allow some games to be played online without a PC even. Very happy with this product and pretty good value considering the multiple uses and graphic quality.

I purchased this 8 months ago and let me tell you, this has been 1 of the worst products I have ever purchased in my life..I will do a list of problems.-Remote stops working 3 weeks after purchase.-Screen flicker.-Randomly Turns off.-Changes resolution from 4k to 2k or 380x600 <-- which windows 11 lowest it will go is 800x600.-Looses Signal during use.-Switch on my PC and no signal, which worson over time, at 1 point I spent 15-20 mins trying to get a signal.. Had to switch my PC on and off a few times.-Finished playing a game and the brightness is all over the place.. Too dark or too bright..-Tab out of a game and screen does mental.-Artifacting alot!!.. My 4080 rtx is working properly. Using my old monitor and 0 issues.-Doesn`t like my nintendo switch <-- I can only have 1 connected at a time.. PC = DP cable, Switch uses HDMI otherwise I get black screen and then no signal.-Keeps on turning on and off my HDR on and off continuesly.-Changes my HTZ from 144 to 60 and it lags my PC like crazy.-Had to reset back to factory because a setting decided not to work and stay like that.-Spoke to Samsung CS and they are waste of money, time and everything else thrown in.. I told my problem to them, when I say I spoke to them 5 agends in 1 conversation, not a single apologie or any care what so ever.. If I owned a business and had CS like that I would be ashamed, embarassed, dissapointed, angry and upset.Conclusion - I could live with some of the problems but more issues keep on rising and im getting to the point im fed up and fustrated. Its going in for repair, just hope that they cannot fix it so I can get that £650 paper weight outa here.. Monitor when it works its amazing! So after reading some reviews reviews, i see a lot of people having connectivity issues. Cant get a signal from PC etc. I had these very same issues to the point i was going to send it back. It wasnt until i dug a bit deeper into finding out what these issues were, I managed to solve them. If you are going to run this from a PC via HDMI you will need a high speed HDMI 2.1 lead. Dont bother with the cheap ones from here or eBay buy a decent one. Or just do like I have done and use the Display Port cable included. This solved every single issue i had. I tried 3 different HDMI leads purchased here all claiming to be HDMI 2.1 but upon testing them they all failed to meet the demands of the monitor. Im running a RTX380 at 144hz HDR on VRR on at 4K. If your graphics card is Display Port 2.0 or 2.1 there is no difference to using HDMI.Another thing to note, although its not advertised as Nvidia G-SYNC compatible it does work. BUT only via Display Port. It doesnt like HDMI for some reason. There is a self test in the menu that checks the lead for you. One of my HDMI leads it said was fast enough but still had the ssame issues.Now all thats sorted its actually a fantastic monitor. Menu can be a bit slow but i hardly use it so that doesnt bother me too much. Picture quality is awesome as it the brightness. Possibly the brightest ive ever played on. If it wasnt for all those initial issues id give it 5 Stars.Hope this helps anyone whos been put off by some of the reviews.
