Bamboo fibers add body and fullness to hair
This specific OGX conditioner is excellent for volumizing thin hair. There are several different OGX conditioners in a purple bottle, but to get the best results for your hair, make sure to get the one with bamboo fibers. It'll say on the front label. This one makes a dramatic difference in volumizing conditioners, and hair products with bamboo fibers are hard to find. Believe me, I've done my research on this. I buy a large size of this whenever it becomes available. Good price too on Amazon. I use the OGX shampoo in the purple bottle also, and if I ever see the shampoo with bamboo fibers, I'm gonna get it. OGX products are the best for volumizing hair. Oh, and it makes hair shiny too.

Great conditioner
I bought this for my beard because of the biotin in it , I have a long beard and this really makes it softer and easier to comb. It's also a good everyday conditioner....

Don't like the scent (and received mislabeled shampoo instead)
I ordered the conditioner but actually received the shampoo with an incorrect conditioner sticker on the back. So, this review is for the Biotin & Collagen SHAMPOO.Scent: Just ok. It smells generically soapy to me and normally when I smell OGX products I think "Mmmm wonderful!" So IDK what happened when they designed this fragrance. 😁 The jasmine and bergamot don't play together very nicely.Performance: I always double shampoo, once to get all the grossness out and again so the shampoo can actually do what it advertises. I have no complaints with how it performed, pretty typical for a shampoo I guess? Lathered nicely even with no sulfates.Packaging: I am not happy with the packaging, I wish OGX included a seal or sticker or something on the cap for shipping. Both so you know it wasn't tampered with and also to minimize the risk of leaking in transit. Imagine a 25 oz bottle of shampoo leaking on other items in your box! Yikes.
