No complaints, so far, so good!!
Well I bought this the same time I bought nothing but tea burdock. You see my review on that product.Back to this! So far so good!!!...I suffer from eczema and this has helped tremendously in stoping my itching. I don’t know what else to say!!!, maybe my eczema was going down anyways, but I started taking this while I had my eczema and amongst other things.Put it this way, I’m not going to stop taking this and I will most definitely be buying more. So far so good.Like they say, if it’s not broken why fix it. So yes I will continue to be taking these capsules of burdock!!

Worth a try for misbehaving lockdown skin
My skin during lockdown has been a nightmare to deal with. I had even been to the doctor who prescribed a facial cream and tablets. To some extent, it worked, but the pimples kept appearing. I remember my sister using the Holland and Barrett burdock root tablets years ago and she got good results, so I thought I might as well try these. I take 3 a day with my breakfast. I noticed results within a week of taking them. When my bottle ran out, the dreaded pimples started appearing again. I had them on my chin, cheeks and T-zone. I managed to get a second bottle and I can already see and feel a difference. I will definitely be buying a third bottle.

Diuretic - doesn’t help with lymph
I normally use manjishta, but couldn’t find my usual supplement. Thought I’d try this instead. It’s a fairly powerful diuretic, but did nothing for my lymph oedema

NO WORKING
I bought this for water retention. Doesn't seem to work. Been taking it for about a month now. I will continue to use but will not buy more.

Good quality. Genuine Burdock.
Love this brand of burdock root. Capsules are easily digested without any other silly ingredients in them and each capsules has a good amount of mg. Definitely worth the money for 200 capsules. Good quality burdock root !!

Efficient with acne
This helps with my adult acne. I use it in combination with vitamin A and D supplements and it works really well and I am almost acne free
