What is the best bass clarinet reed for a beginner bass clarinet player?

Rico or LaVoz are the best reeds for beginners. I would recommend a 2 to 2.5 strength. There’s no point getting better reeds until the player becomes more advanced.

Just to be clear, are they selling a box of 25 reeds that are 3 1/2?
