I’ve bought this before. It’s not cheap but has hundreds of uses and it’s great to have handy. There are lots of different uses for it, some documented on the labelling, others online.

I was skeptical that it really is multi-purpose but am now a convert. I use it for almost all household cleaning and laundry now (the rest being Dr Bronner’s Castile soap, vinegar and soda powder). Check out Lisa Bronner’s blog on how to use it. The most surprising is how effective it is for removing stains on clothes and surfaces. I wish Amazon stocked the gallon size.

I bought this for doing laundry with and so far it works really well. I use it in the main washing detergent compartment, alongside either baking soda, soda crystals or borax substitute in the pre-wash compartment and then put white vinegar in the fabric softener compartment. The combination works really well on all types of laundry, removes stains and my laundry comes out fresh and clean.

Amazing Dr Bronners, I couldn't be without this amazing cleaner, all natural, no harmful toxins. A little goes a long way, fresh, clean smell all over. Great for windows too. The only cleaner I have in my cupboard. One teaspoon in a bowl of water, that's all.

I’ve now finally switched over to this product for cleaning the entire house - except toilets. Diluted in a spray bottle with a few drops of tea tree essential oil for multi-purpose cleaning everywhere. 1 to 2 tablespoons with a few drops of essential oils (lavender/thyme/eucalyptus/chamomile) in my laundry. Will not go back to the plethora of chemical cleansing products again. I even put a small 100ml bottle in my travel bag when I travel for the odd handwashing while I am away.

Pleased as always with this product. I use for scrubbing out mud and grass stains, washing bathroom floor and kitchen cooker, worktops. A little goes a long way, smells lovely and kind for the environment.

Wanting to go eco-friendly, this product is wonderful. The downside is it is extremely expensive. It arrived quickly but to purchase two, I paid £66.12. I tried to buy one with a more reasonable price but it hasn’t arrived yet and still waiting after 2 months.

I use Sal Suds for my cleaning business and will continue. It just WORKS, it’s safe on virtually all surfaces, non-toxic, biodegradable, and the scent is both very subtle for those sensitive to fragrance, but extremely pleasant and leaves the surfaces with a high quality smelling freshness. The price might seem expensive, but the bottles will last you forever because you don’t need to use much at all. Follow instructions on the bottle for different applications and you’ll be very pleased with the results.

This cleaner is good, even excellent, but it is not the best. I find that other soaps and detergents foam better and clean even better. I got it to give it a try and I am not disappointed in the least. A tiny amount of this thick liquid on a wet microfiber dish cloth does a load of dishes and degreases very well, leaves everything sparkly clean, rinses without problem even in our hard water (i.e. it forms no soap scum). But its scent is not fresh or clean enough to my liking. It smells kind of dull and tired. It's just a personal preference. So, I most likely won't order again not because of its cleaning or foaming power, but because of its scent due to the particular blend of oils and limonene chosen for this product.

If I could give this 10 stars, I would. I am officially a Sal Suds convert for life.
