This is my third paid of blue light blocking glasses. The other two pairs were clear glass and their effect was not really noticeable on my sleep, however these glasses have a strong tint, which whilst not unappealing, does take a few minutes, or tries to get used to. Once worn for a short while you do forget about the tint however and only notice the impact when you remove them and how bright and white your lighting/screens seem. I put them on about 2 hours before I usually go to bed, which is about 10:30/45pm and I track my sleep every night with my watch. Since starting this new bedtime routine with the glasses watching movies, sport or mobile devices in the evening with the glasses on, my deep sleep has improved significantly with avg. times going from 1:15h per night of deep sleep to closer to 2 hrs and feeling a bit more rested. It's still relatively early days, but as I check my sleep quality every morning I know what my normal numbers are and the needle has definitely shifted in right direction. The glasses are well made and have a solid hard cover as well as a soft pouch, so I can't complain. They fit my head which the previous ones didn't and had to be sent back. I think they look okay and not stupid, but because of the funky orange tint to the glass I would not wear them very comfortably out and about, but then again after some time I might be bolder as I do think they do a job. Besides it's more likely you're at home when you put them on. In short I can recommend these blue light blocking glasses in all areas.

For use in car mainly. They are great on a very sunny day, but night driving is a bit 50/50 they turn white lights to yellow/orange which is great, but those awful new white lights that blind you are still a problem they make it hard to see the edge of the road wearing the glasses or not. If you remember that stupid car advert that had a fox stunned in the road by the car lights?? What is wrong with manufacturers if the fox is blind then so are other drivers ? Small indicator lights and bright beem lights, where’s the common sense gone!

Happy. Good value for money and comfortable. Lens tint noticeably darker - but I guess that's the point;-) Whenever the screen feels too bright (glare) it definitely helps.

Ordered these to compare with another pair which cost a lot more. To my surprise, these glasses look better, sit better on your face and are just fabulous! My son actually nicked them from me to go out with them, that’s how cool they look. Needless to say I returned the others and will now buy another pair of these for my son. Excellent value for money too.

The glass tint's great, but the frames are kinda iffy. They could use some work, but overall, pretty good glasses.

I struggle getting to sleep at night, so I thought I’d give these a go following a recommendation from a friend. I wear these for an hour before bed and can say, they do honestly work! The price isn’t excessive and although the arms are a bit long they do come with a strap that can be used to make them feel more snug! Well worth a try and I certainly wasn’t disappointed😊

I tried them on line and they work perfectly. They are large enough to fit over my prescription glasses.

I might have overestimated the colour. But it does what it says on the tin.

Very light, easy on eyes, rec ommend.

Bon rapport qualité prix comparé à la concurrence. bloqué bien les lumières bleues. Travaillant toute la journée sur le PC on sent la différence, les yeux sont tirent moins en fatigue. Je recommande !

Received it days before the scheduled date of arrival.. It is astonishingly relieving\soothing when used in Work spaces and where there is so much wall-lights or too much screen use.

Really like these glasses. Feels very solid and stable, not cheap. Fit very nicely. Frame is a little on the big side, even though I have an average size face. Absolutely recommend. I wish they also had a full (frame and glasses) transparent version, then i would buy them also!

Ha sido todo un acierto el uso de estas gafas para las pantallas de luz azul, incluida la tv. Las compré por motivos de insomnio y, si bien es cierto que las gafas no producen sueño (no es su función, no!), sí me resulta mucho más cómodo y relajante mirar la tv, el pc o el móvil, dando a todo el ambiente una tonalidad anaranjada, a la que en muy pocos minutos te adaptas resultando éste mucho más cálido y menos estridente.
