Obviously, I had high hopes. Followed instructions for color matching and could never achieve satisfaction with that while the mixture was hardening, prior to application. It's too glossy, making the matching attempt even worse. I achieved a decent level; however, after several hours, the stuff must have continued to settle and now it's no longer level. My worst nightmare could be yours. I'm grateful 4 the money back guarantee, and will see if that's 4 real. I do think it's great that someone tried to make a simple tile repair kit 4 do-it-yourselfers. The instructions and application are truly simple, but the results for me were as unsatisfactory as it gets.

Thought the product would have more in package for mixing color

Exceeded my expectations. I never thought ceramic tile could be repaired,cracks and chips. Material is easy to use.
