Love love love this black cocoa powder! I made chocolate crinkle cookies with it and I loved the black color, they taste great too! You get a surprisingly large amount of cocoa powder in this bag! It’s super fine, not clumpy. Great value! This would be perfect for homemade Oreos too!

My husband wanted to try the high fiber, low calorie cookies and cream sandwich cookie recipe. We mixed this with oat fiber and the other ingredients, and he was elated to have his favorite cookie back in his diet. This has such a rich and deep flavor. I want to try baking other things with it! Although this is an ultra-Dutch processed kind of cocoa, which removes much of the health benefits, you don't have a choice if you want that amazing flavor.

This is my first time using Black Cocoa. The cake tastes deep, dark and delicious. So chocolaty rich and a little smokey and earthy... especially when you bloom the cocoa and add a little espresso powder.

We bought this to make Oreo cookies. This cocoa powder tasted amazing and much better than the store bought cookies.

This stuff is AMAZING! I am an active person who works out often and walks daily, so my protein needs are pretty significant. I find that I like to replace one meal a day (esp in the summer) with a Protein Shake to pack a large protein punch after working out. I was getting pretty burned out on my usual protein smoothie until I found Black Cocoa Powder! It changed everything. It took my ordinary protein smoothie and turned it into an Oreo Delight! It packs 2 grams of Protein and 2 grams of Fiber. One Tablespoon of the black cocoa makes an ordinary protein shake velvety smooth and decadent. I also like that Anthony's is organic, cost effective (1 bag lasts me 2 months), and delicious! If you are on the fence, give it a try. A little goes a long way!
