I got this pottery wheel for my nephew, and let’s just say—it was the best (and messiest) gift ever. He absolutely loves it! The wheel spins smoothly, and it’s surprisingly sturdy for a kid’s pottery set. Watching him create abstract masterpieces (AKA lumpy bowls and wobbly cups) has been both hilarious and heartwarming.Yes, clay ended up everywhere. Yes, I may have found some in my hair days later. This expansion pack is a must if you have the National Geographic pottery wheel. The extra tools are great for adding fun designs to your clay. It is especially nice to have a roller for when you are wanting thin clay for your project. My daughter loves it and uses it multiple times a week. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is serious about using the pottery wheel
