I bought these a month ago. I pierced my lobes and it took a 16g needle to pierce my ears for these to fit through the back of the needle to thread them through. I'm not sure if it was the needle gauge that was off, or these earrings, though. Other than the size discrepancy, I have had no issues. I have extremely sensitive ears when it comes to cheap metal, and although I was skeptical at first, these have not irritated my ears like I feared they would. I bought a second set after I was sure the metal wouldn't be a problem. I did have a little bit of trouble screwing the ball into one of them because my ear lobe is thicker toward the back of my ear. I would suggest making sure you are over something that can catch the ball or earring if you lose your grip, as it is super tiny.

These are great. I've purchased a few sets of these in different sizes for my earlobes. I've never had any reaction from them. The 3mm are so far the most comfortable to sleep in. Here is some useful info for people:1. All the balls unscrew. Both balls on each barbell. I've unscrewed both on a couple of mine.2. Some of the balls can be a bit challenging to unscrew at first, but they all follow the "righty tighty, lefty loosey" format. So if you can get a good grip on them (special gripping fabric, like they make for jar lids, can help as well as rubber dishwashing gloves, which usually have nubs on the fingers for gripping), repeatedly turning the balls toward the left will eventually allow them to unscrew.3. I've had like 4 sets of these, and I've never had one that I couldn't get unscrewed and I've never had to use pliers.

the barbells stay in very well, but the threads are on the bar that gets put into the hole on the ball, making it extremely difficult to put in. each ear took me about 20 minutes. not to mention that you can easily cross thread them. if you have a helping hand to do them for you it is highly recommended. once in however they do not come out easily yet still can come undone if you need them to.

very pleased! These are really pretty earrings. Light but sturdy. I've only had them for a week or less so don't know how the colors will hold up. The color seems to be part of the material. Not painted on. Very easy to put on. They even come with a nice bag to put them in. The little balls do take some coordination to screw on to the post but once you get it started it's fine. My ears are VERY sensitive and these are like noting is in my ears. So far they have not made my ears itch, burn or bother me as other earrings have. VERY pleased for sure!

I have problems with jewelry and have reactions. With these saying stainless still, I still had them problem. All the holes in my ears got infected where I had these earrings at. Plus, really small and not that big, also hard to get the balls screwed on and I even got the bigger sized balls.

I got my package opened it up and threw my new earrings in, I was a little disappointed at how thin they were as I was hoping for thicker ones but I think that was more of a misjudgment on my part not the seller. But they still fit great and are easy enough to sleep in and I often do.The only issue I came across is that one of the balls on one of the silver earrings would not come unscrewed. I've had multiple people try but we've had no luck so far. I'm not sure if it was a just a fluke or a production error or maybe it got banged around too roughly in the mail? I honestly don't know and that's the only reason I'm giving this a low review. Otherwise these earrings are great, I've seen no paint chipping or any of that and I'm pretty rough with my earrings.

The size suit me. I have no difficulty to put it on. The colour is very charming. I like them very much.

Unfortunately I wasn't paying close enough attention when ordering apparently because these will definitely not fit amount of skin that I was intending Barbells for however I'm going to keep for my ears. So aside from my mess up in ordering, items are of good quality materials, came packaged wonderfully with a nice velvet bag. Just as description and beautiful colors. Thank you !
