Glade Large Jar Candle, Blonde Woods & Amber, 16oz

The candle is attractive. I wasn't sure what blonde woods smelled like, but I knew I loved amber and woody scents when I got this. I loved it as soon as I opened it, and the scent stays true as it burns. This is highly perfumed, and reminds me of perfume, though a natural one; it's not harsh. Some may not like it because of it is so strong? ...but my family loves it. (All adult men except me. ). I would describe the scent as very unisex. Within 30 minutes it had scented my entire great room. The scent drifted into my kitchen and down the hall. It's got a really great throw! It was still nice sitting very close to it. It has one wick, but it's plenty enough. I would definitely buy more. It burns fairly slow, but it's so nice I want it burning anytime we're up. Love it!

The impressive packaging made sure this candle was going to arrive intact! This past Christmas, I ordered a famous Y-brand candle from a national retailer. It arrived broken and I was disappointed. Imagine my surprise when I opened this supposedly lesser-brand candle, completely wrapped in a box with multiple layers of manufacturer packaging that got my candle safely to me. It had an inner grid of cardboard to keep the candle from the box sides and no less than four full layers of cardboard at the top and the bottom because each flap fully covered the opening. Glade/SE Johnson made sure this candle was going to arrive and please its customer. The candle itself has a lovely appearance. Glad I ordered this. They've won me over!

I was excited to try the new updated/aethetically pleasing line from Glade. The candle smelled as you’d expect, earthy with musky tones. Compared to their original candle line, I’d say these are slightly less scented.

I read the reviews and even though many said this candle was practically scentless, I got it anyway. No wonder it was on sale. I won't buy this scent again.

Worthless, not worth the money. So I've been burning this candle for awhile in a bathroom. As a test, I told other family members that I was trying a new plug-in and wanted their opinion. Every single one of them initially said there was nothing to smell. I had a friend come over and he mentioned that my plug-in needed to be replaced. He could smell something nicer than a bathroom, but it was quite faint.

So I wasn’t sure if I would like this because I’m usually more of an oil diffuser person but I was pleasantly impressed. From the name I was expecting more a strictly fall scent, and while it would be great in the fall it also had a very light floral undertone that I think makes it a great spring time candle too! It has a very nice balance to it, it’s not too strong and overwhelming but it’s also easy to smell throughout the whole house. I’d say this candle is almost perfect and I will definitely buy it again in the future!

This was larger than expected. I ordered the blonde woods and amber version, but received winter balsam fir. The scent was surprisingly warm and inviting …and thankfully not cinnamon or Christmassy! ;) The fresh fragrance was soothing and light, not overbearing (which is important for me as one of my children is very sensitive to strong smells). It is a very natural scent. I like the design detail that the metal lid is also able to be used as a stand when the candle is lit, so you don’t have an annoying lid hanging around!

Just got a good size to it. That's one thing I like so you know you're getting a nice purchase for your money. Beautiful and smells great
