This item melted in the tumble dryer despite it being on low heat as per washing instructions

Good product if it wasn't for the skirt which is so like paper that the first time I went to stretch it over the bed it ripped immediately. It's comfortable, Soft and water resistant (all 10 out of 10) but it gets a minus 100 for durability.

Very good product. I recently bought a 2 inch memory foam mattress topper and as a result I needed a deeper mattress protector. This one fits perfectly but the material of the sides is very cheap and I am sure that it will not last for long, it did survive through the washing machine though.

Sides are like tissue paper. I put my finger through making hole when I put on bed first time. Would not recommend.

Cant really complain as a) size small double (4-ft bed), and excellent value.Fits like a fitted bottom sheet.The polycotton mattress protector part is great, but as I was tucking into bed frame, I put my finger thru a bit that covers the sides of the mattress (hence fitted bottom sheet reference). The sides are a bit like a jay-cloth!That said, I can buy five of this item instead of one "posh" mattress cover! I'm happy as it's only for the spare bed in small room.Maybe a 4-star review bearing in mind price. Probably. I'm happy.

Don’t buy this! The side skirts that go around the side of a mattress are paper tin. As I went to tuck the elastic band under the mattress my fingers went through the flimsy material on a number of times. Toilet paper has more strength than the side skirt of this product

When putting it on the mattress, this ripped along a seam. If I had used it sooner, this would have been returnedShould have just bought a cheap mattress protector. At least those work

Unpacked and washed on the day it arrived. Once dried and aired I set to fitting it on the spare bed. The fit was perfect and tucked underneath the mattress well. Very happy with the mattress cover and will be looking to get more in other sizes for the rest of the beds.
