My introductory ink cartridges emptied. I opened my new box of Cartlee cartridges and installed them in a quick fashion. Fit well and good. The printer then indicates a cartridge problem. I mixed them back and forth with the depleted cartridges but no good result. I called the number on the box and my call went to a full voice mail box. Period. I tried repeatedly. Buyer beware!

Great so far
These replacement ink cartridges are great so far. Carefully packaged and well made. Haven't had to put them in the plotter just yet, so will update review once we are actually using them.
