It does NOT blow cold air, if that’s what you’re expecting
They need to change the description on this item, I wouldn’t even call it a fan. I was very disappointed. I should have read the reviews before ordering it.

Worked very well in the hot vehicle when I had to exit for a short time

it doesn't work at all
There are two parts, the fan and the water tank. The instructions recommend that you fill the water tank with cold water before using and also soak the fan in cold water. I did all that and more but only got a feeble trickle of air as comforting as the heated air from my A/c

Please read
I tried on, several occasions, to get it to work as advertised. I used ice water, ice, filling the machine with water and put the complete unit in the freezer. The best I could get was slightly cooler than the interior of my vehicle. The cabin wasn't sweltering hot but by no means was it cool.

Doesn't cool any better than a regular gan
It is nearly impossible to find a place to mount the bulky thing and it doesn't cool any better than a fan. I turned it off and opened my windows. Much more effective.
