Great product, better than I expected. I use this mat every day after work and after a day of standing or walking you can really relax. This massage mat has 18 adjustable intensity levels and 9 vibration modes. It uses low-frequency pulse technology to circulate the feet, ankles, Achilles tendon and calves and relax the feet. It is easy to use and easy to clean. The product is lightweight, foldable, easy to carry anywhere. I love that mat. 100% recommend.

This item is basically a piece of neoprene rubber, with electrical circuitry printed onto it. There is a separate controller which clips onto two protruding terminals - an arrangement which seems likely to end in the product's rapid dissolution.But, so far so good!The product is actually extraordinarily effective, and after multiple uses I have yet to recharge the (minute) battery in the controller. It generates marked, and very strong muscular contractions in the lower leg, and (as others have commented), this can be uncomfortable. However, that does not seem to me to be disadvantageous - surely, the whole point of the device is that it does have a pronounced effect on the muscles, and therefore on the vascular system? It would surely be counterproductive to commend the thing because one could not feel any discomfort.Anyway, it seems to work - and quite efficiently. There are NO INSTRUCTIONS provided with it, which may help you to work out which of the many programmes you should use, depending upon your need. This seems to be a somewhat critical oversight - and means you have to experiment, to see what 'works' for you. And by 'work', I suspect that all that is possible, is for the user to be able to set the discomfort level within manageable parameters.

Bought as a gift. Instructions are unclear and the item does not work.

Was good to use but broke in 2 weeks

Longevity is the problem, started out great but now does not work, nothing coming through the pad even though the main part is charged.

I had another more expensive machine I had been using after having an accident e few years backWhen it stopped working after a year, I grudged buying another one.But then I saw this, and thought worth a try, I’m glad I did.Not sure about the many settings though.Stick it on kneed and 19 it works great, and because it’s battery powered it’s very portable

I was walking an 80mile multi day walk, with the longest day of 28miles. This was light enough to put in my walking bag. The electrical sensation is weird at first but I did get used to it. Everyone in my walking group wanted to borrow it when we got to camp. It could do with better instructions.

Loved the item when I first tried it. But very quickly it lost power. Full battery but zero sensation even at the highest setting. Will have to dump it and get a new one from another supplier and see how that goes
