I purchased this flaxseed oil to season my cast iron pans. This oil works well but best to not peek into the oven after leaving the pan in there for an hour on 450 degree. Wait till the oven cools down or season your pans outdoors. The smoke is pretty strong and stinks up the house to me. Works fine and is the real deal. 5 STARS!

I am using this to season my cast iron. So far it’s been working great. It has a higher smoke point than other oils so seasoning the pans doesn’t stink up the house as much with smoke from the oil. So far so good. It was a decent price and it’s workkng for what I need it to do.

I haven't used flaxseed oil, only flaxseed gel caps, so can't compare this brand to other brands. I bought it to use on my extremely dry legs and arms, and as a moisturizer and humectant. Use sparingly, it doesn't take much to get results. I was pleased to discover it absorbs into your skin quickly, and you don't have that oily effect. My hair is thick, wild, and it's been colored forever so regular hair products don't cut it. I pour a dime size amount in one hand and rub both hands together, then cut fingers through hair distributing more where you need it, less where you don't, and avoid roots or you might get flathead. It's probably too heavy for fine and thin hair. I'll buy again, but it'll be a while before I use this bottle up. Great product at an even greater price.

I have been getting so many compliments that my skin is glowing and looks so healthy. I ordered this after seeing a reel on natural Botox. I wasn’t crazy enough to think that flaxseed would have large of an effect, but I was so amazed at how fresh and bright my skin looks. Very light and not greasy (I’ll put regular face lotion over this before make up).

I am using this to season all my cast iron cooking implements and it is doing a great job. I apply a light coating, stick in cold oven at 500 degrees and let them bake for an hour after reaching 500 degrees, then cool down in the oven. Repeat at least five times. They are becoming essentially non-stick with a beautiful deep mirror finish. Highly recommended.
