Good for backs and heads
First, the case is great for keeping this as small as possible yet easy to feel around in a bag to find. It inflates using a one-way valve (great) and deflates using a two-way valve. The materials are moderately flexible plastic so do not expect downy comfort.The only thing I might caution is that if you inflate this on the ground IT WILL GET MUCH LARGER the higher the aircraft gets. So, wait until you reach cruising altitude before taking that deep breath and…Of course, this works the opposite as you descend. It will get small and sort of floppy.

very easy to inflate and deflate
This is the second one of these pillows I've bought. I've carried a pillow everywhere I go for back support for the past 4-6 years. This one initially seemed too thin (e.g., wouldn't stand much pressure) but has proved durable. It is very lightweight, very easy to inflate and deflate, and fits in your pocket once you collapse it. I highly recommend it.

Great pillow AND holder-thingy
I would buy this again just for the cute little 'holder' thingy that it comes in. (It can be used to hold lots of small stuff.) I carried one on a plane flight to Italy & it was easy to find in my backpack when I was hating life about 4 hours into my flight. The pillow is easy to inflate and can be as full or as smooshy as needed.

I've only used it on one trip and it worked well. I need a supportive pillow between my knees and it was certainly an easy thing to carry for this. I REALLY like the carrier it came in and find I'm using it for other things as it is somewhat hard and protects small items.

Meets my requirements well
Not a super-durable pillow, but does what I need. I'm not crazy about air pillows in general, but being able to adjust the inflation for my own comfort, and change it if I want, makes it worth 5 stars to me.

A life saver!
This portable pillow is a life saver! I have scoliosis and often need back support. I quietly blow this up and use in church, at restaurants,etc. it fits easily not my purse and I take it everywhere. I wouldn’t be without it!
