Errors in Answers
Some Answers are actually wrong. Question 25 for example, the person does need to be intimidated not as the answer stipulates that they do not. The first line of the actual legislation says "HE DOES AN ACT WHICH INTIMIDATES".Also the investigation of the offence needs to have at the very least been instigated. In the example it hasn't. Therefore it can't be witness intimidation.

Great to gauge timing
From my experience the questions are in exactly the same format as the exam but they are so much simpler. The actual exam questions are far harder and much more convoluted. I will only use these to gauge timing in future exams

Great revision tool
Good revision tool, thorough debrief with reference to blackstones chapters. Highly recommended. In relation to question 25 - it is correct. Blackstones quite clearly states that the defendant may carry out an act of intimidation but the victim NEED NOT ACTUALLY BE INTIMITATED by the defendants behaviour. Looks like someone just didn’t read their books properly rather than the paper bring wrong!
