I am blown away by this mattress! I wasn’t expecting much for the price but it is the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever had! It’s firm enough to be supportive but still soft and plush to be comfy. I suffer with back problems and there has been a huge noticeable difference in how I feel in the morning since using it! It’s lovely and thick, the memory foam layer on top means you cannot feel the springs at all. It was delivered quickly, it was easy to get out of the box. I really haven’t got a single thing not to be happy about! 10/10

Different users will prefer different mattress characteristics. I have several broken vertebra and need a quality mattress so that I can have a good night's rest. My old mattress had seen good use and was past its prime. I took a gamble and ordered one of these and it worked out well. It arrived compressed into a cylinder shape and the driver carried it to my doorstep. I managed to get it upstairs by tipping it end over end and unpacked in the bedroom. It assumed its final shape after a few hours and proved very comfortable for me when tested. I would buy again. UPDATE: it's now March 2026 and we have been pleased with our purchase. The mattress can be rotated every few weeks or months to spread the pressure. What surprised us was the mattress can't be turned over. Only one surface can be slept on, the other side consists of a wooden board covered in fabric. What looks like a topper in the photos is actually attached to the mattress. It's still good value and works well but buyers need to be aware that it can't be turned over and slept on.

This mattress is so comfy yet firm & supports your body. It arrives in a box & it's flat as a pancake till you take off the wrappings. It's amazing to see it plump up & it has no smell. It holds your body with no roll over & is very comfortable can highly recommend 🌟

Value is gone, quality is fine, does seem to have improved my back issues a little, firmness with memory foam of reasonable thickness seems to have combined well into a good product.

It didn't come next day as promised when ordering. At first the delivery company said it would arrive the next day. Then they changed it to Monday. Then I got a message telling me to choose a day, and the earliest day was Tuesday. This left me sleeping on a mattress with springs sticking out for 4 days after the promised date. The mattress itself is very comfortable. It was very bumpy the first night, but has settled by the second. It's not too soft that you sink into it and not too hard that it feels like you're sleeping on a bed of bricks. I suffer from back pain ever since I had a nasty accident. At the moment, it seems to be supporting it well. I'm not waking in as much pain as of yet. I've been sleeping on the mattress a little over a week now. The double size fits the bed base well and it is a little higher than my previous mattress, which stops me having to stoop so much to get on or off it. It seems to be keeping the heat between the mattress and the duvets. No body heat seems to be escaping. It seems to be more memory foam than it is coiled springs, which is good because there is less chance of the springs breaking through the mattress before normal wear and tear happens over the years. The springs seem to be there fir support only, but they do a good job at doing so. When first unpacking it, the noise it made when the air was getting into it made me think I accidentally bought an inflatable bed. Do not be fooled by this. It grows in size quite quickly. I highly recommend this mattress. If you have the time and room to do so , I would advise you to let it settle for a night once unpacked before putting it on your bed. I regretted buying it on night one, but I learnt that was my fault for not allowing it to settle. I was, and still an, very happy I bought it from night 2. I bought it in the Black Friday sale with a good discount, but I would still recommend it at full price if you can afford it. If they send it out by ArrowXL, don't set your expectations on receiving it the following day. That's my only negative.

I felt compelled to leave this review, because I’ve really been struggling with my back of late, because of the last few mattresses we’ve had. The previous two were close to £1000 each and both had to go back. I bought this mattress because we bought the single version a few years ago for my daughter, and it seemed to last quite well and be comfortable. Within a couple of days of getting our kingsize version I felt a reduction in tightness in my lower back that I haven’t felt for a long time, and this has continued to get better and better over the last week. In short, considering the low price point, I’m absolutely over the moon!! If you’ve been struggling to find the right mattress due to back pain, give this one try - I hope it’s as good for you as it has been for me!
