Bad product bad customer service
They are stylish but not worth the hassle of getting them off if and when they break. I reached out to customer service because they should have a lifetime warranty. Every pair but one that i bought has broke. Customer service has never reached back out to me after I sent the pictures and receipt in LAST YEAR ! With multiple emails. What a shame cause I love these things but I won’t be buying another set if they can’t keep their word. We own 4 iPhone 14 Pro Max and these are a must for us cause we own a construction business ! I’ll be finding another manufacturer! Do better BAZO
