Ich nehme diese Kapseln zusammen mit Eisenbisglycinat, um meinen Eisenmangel in den Griff zu bekommen. Ganz offensichtlich klappt das gut, da meine Eisenwerte innerhalb von etwa 1,5 Monaten gut angestiegen sind und ich keine Nebenwirkungen verspüre. Ich nehme morgens und abends je eine.
