The installation process was incredibly straightforward, taking less than 5 minutes from start to finish. The ease of use and operation is second to none, making it accessible even for those who are not particularly tech-savvy. The quality of the product is immediately apparent, with durable materials that instill confidence in its longevity. Additionally, the accompanying app is highly user-friendly and intuitive, allowing for easy monitoring and management of the sensors. I placed the sensors in my basement for peace of mind in case the sump pump or ejector pump fails, and they have provided exactly that. I bought this leak detector kit to alert me to water intrusion in my home, as over the years I have had to perform cleanup twice from water flooding into my basement. The kit included a main hub, 3 water leak sensors, batteries, a battery cover removal tool and an instruction manual. I placed the three small white sensors in various locations in the basement, although they can be used wherever water intrusion could be a problem like in a cabinet under a bathroom or kitchen sink. Once the sensors were placed, I plugged in the hub and downloaded the app. It was easy to set up and connect through the app via my home wifi. The Winees system eases my mind from worrying about future flood issues.

Leak detectors look and feel high quality. They were so easy to setup and install. Love that the batteries had paper that had to be removed so battery life was not being used until installed. These leak detectors are so compact that they easily fit under my refrigerator and washing machine and are out of sight. I tested all my three sensors and they worked flawlessly when water was detected. The notifications sent were also great allowing me to know immediately if there is any water leaks. Using the app is a breeze and I love how the status of the detectors and the battery life is displayed. Highly recommend this product to anybody that have their air conditioner in the attic. This will give you peace of mind if the ac water line ever get backed up.

The hub provides a loud alarm which can be heard across multiple stories in the house, even at night. The hub can be silenced by remote access or by touch, a nice feature to quash the noise once you responded. The hub does require an outlet and will interfere with access to second outlet if plugged directly into standard wall outlet. Connecting the hub to WIFI was simple and effective on first try. Remote sensors mated with hub nearly automatically so entire system was up and running in minutes. Sensors triggered by small amount of moisture so any leak will be caught quickly but without false alarms. AiDot app is effective and easy to use. Notices via email and message center provide notification and not sure if SMS messaging is available. More exploration and experimentation needed to fully appreciate AiDot full functionality I have not tried to connect to any other smart home app, such as Alexa, but the feature is available. The company has been responsive to my inquiries with support phone and chat available. I cannot speak to the hardiness and longevity of the devices as I have not had them in service for very long. I like that other AiDot compatible devices are available so it is not a single trick pony. The test will be if feature generations of app remains backward-compatible so new additions don't require replacement of current products.

Don’t waste your money. The sensors have to be completely submerged in water before they even might work. The hub constantly goes offline, and when it does, the sensors go offline too. I’ve had them for less than a week, and I already don’t trust them. If you’re buying these to help prevent water damage, reliability is everything—and these just aren’t it.

These work! I've had them for just over a year. Set up is super easy. It sends you emails and alerts if you're not home. My hot water heater sprung a leak today. While I was outside the system alerted the kids in the house and sent me emails to my phone.

These work great. Been using for about 6 months and they have caught several leaks under my sink and washing machine. I would buy again..

Working so far. Have not had a leak yet but did test them prior to placing them in the basement. did get a notification that the hub went offline but was back on line (could have been a internet problem). Nice to know when the system is offline so I see what is wrong and is nice to know when it is back up also. Like the idea of an alarm upstairs so I can hear it when I am not near my phone. Easy setup and liked how you could change the sensor names so I know what window is leaking. Just an update on your product We got over 4 inches of rain today causing or window wells to fill up and leak. I got a notification on my phone and left work. Unfortunately we couldn't get home fast enough to stop the water from flooding the basement but we do know where it is coming in from and let us get home two hours faster to stop more water from coming in. I am very impressed with the siren on the hub it was going off when we walked in so I will know we will hear it go off if it goes of in the middle of the night since sometimes I slept through text messages on my phone.

Aidot is must have in UAE where AC can leak or pipes very unexpectedly while noone is inside the house. Aidot gives me confide that I have control over it. Easy to use and connect.
