I bought 4TB for PS5 as internal storage but It is always crashing whenever I install the games and restart my PS5 it always stuck at boot and asks me to format the drive to go further, this is why I installed many paid games and later I had to format it because it stops my ps5 to go on the login screen. Then I had to remove this m2 permanently from my PS5, and everything was working smoothly. Because the problem is with their read and write speed it's less than the recommended for ps5. so my advice is never to buy if you are looking for ps5, it will not work for you. I lost this money because of misguidance by this seller on tag line.

This is currently the cheapest option for those who want to upgrade their PS5 storage from the default 675 GB without breaking the bank. Other options are almost twice as expensive. This SSD managed a respectable 4961 mb/s on the benchmark. Best part is that there seems to be actual 2TB of space unlike some other options. It comes with a decent heatsink too so there is no need to install a third party one for cooling. A 50 GB game was copied in less than a minute which is good but not great. For the price though it is more than acceptable as a few seconds saved on loading times is hardly an issue. It's not Chinese and actually made in Taiwan which is a plus and comes with 3 years manufacturer's warranty. A caveat is that it is DRAM less although these days it hardly matters especially for using in a PS5. So if you are looking for a cheap option to upgrade the PS5's pathetic storage then look no further.

Only worked for the first week or two. After that, I encountered intermittent issues with the drive not being detected on my new Windows 11 PC. In comparison, my 5-year old Intel SSD I put on the same PC is still working flawlessly.

Llegó muy bien empaquetado el ssd ya lo instalé en la steam deck si bien no se puede atornillar directamente si se puede quedar fija dentro de la carcasa metálica y me ha funcionado perfectamente y el reinicio de la consola ahora si es instantáneo. Muy recomendable.

Da ich eine passende SSD im M.2 Format für meinen Mini PC gesucht hatte ,fand ich dieses Angebot Lieferung wie bei Amazon üblich termingerecht und problemlos. Die SSD wurde nach dem Einbau auch sofort vom PC erkannt und läuft seit dem zuverlässig und vor allem sehr schnell. Absolutes Top Produkt...kann ich nur empfehlen !!!
