We have been using this Boifun baby monitor for about a year now, and honestly it has been one of the most helpful baby products for our family. The video quality and sound quality are very clear, and it gives us so much peace of mind while our baby is sleeping. Recently we had a small issue with the monitor, so we contacted customer service. Their response was amazing — very kind, professional, and helpful. Brecy especially assisted us throughout the replacement process and made everything very smooth and hassle-free. We truly appreciated the excellent customer service and support. The monitor itself works very well, the camera quality is great both during daytime and night vision, and it helps us relax while keeping an eye on our baby from another room. As parents, good customer support matters a lot, and boiFun really impressed us. Highly recommend this product to other parents looking for a reliable baby monitor!

I will say I don't write many reviews. But we have been using this monitor every day for just about 2 years now. We were so pleased with the first one we bought for our first son we got a second one when our second son arrived. The camera, monitor and app are so easy to use. The quality, picture and sound are very good. Both cameras connect to the monitor, so I am able to see both boys at the same time. We recently dropped our monitor and broke the antenna and needed a new monitor. My husband reached out to customer service to see if we could buy just a replacement monitor. The customer service rep, Fairy, responded quicky and within a day shipped us out a replacement monitor. Fairy was so helpful. If you are looking for a quality baby monitor with great customer service this is the one to get!

I wanted to find a baby monitor that had an offline FHSS video screen with the option to connect to it over WiFi via a smartphone app (called CloudEdge). I also wanted the option to buy an additional baby monitor camera later on in case I liked it enough to have one in a go bag and one in a permanent spot and not have 2 separate video screens. After a lot of digging around, this Boifun baby monitor checked all of those boxes and is at a good price point. The video screen is easy to control and has some good features and works out of the box with no setup. The little kickstand is nice, I can bring it with me to the bathroom or stand it up in the kitchen while doing dishes. Both the video screen and the camera use MICRO USB for power - and the camera must be plugged in at all times. The smartphone app used to connect via WiFi is called CloudEdge, a software many non-name brand security cameras/monitors use. It can do just about everything the video screen can do: 2 way talking, zoom, camera controls, screenshots, monitor settings. You can create a "family" for the camera and invite other people to sign up and have access to the camera. If you try to share an account it will kick out whoever's logged in if you try to access from a different phone. The camera also does not come connected to CloudEdge (or WiFi) by default - so you can keep the camera completely offline if you never setup WiFi or decide to remove the camera from CloudEdge. The camera itself looks nice and has decent night vision that automatically kicks on. It comes with some screws and the ability to mount it somewhere from the bottom. Otherwise you can just plop it down anywhere. The camera has a wide range it can move, although I wish it could move downwards a bit more. It should be noted, both Boifun and the CloudEdge app are based out of China. After my own research, they both seem to be pretty reputable companies. But I can confirm the offline/local FHSS connection works great, we used it without even setting up the app for the first few weeks. All in all, it's a great product for the price, with dual offline/online functionality that very few similar products have. I've just bought an addon camera after a couple months of owning this and am assuming I can sync it right up to my current video screen/app. I will edit this review if it doesn't work.

Husband wanted to just use another ring camera as a baby monitor for our infant room plus an additional radio so we could hear when she cried but once we started using this camera we realized how many features we would be missing out on: The picture is high quality about as good as the ring camera with same zoom capability. Aren’t booted off the network every 10 min like ring does. Can keep the monitor on continuously or let it fall into sleep mode (black screen but will still alert you for sound/movement). The only difference I noticed was that the ring camera could point the screen downwards a tiny bit more but not a huge deal. The motion detection is better on this than the ring camera though because it is more sensitive to minor changes (tiny limbs moving in the night) and you can specify an area within the picture to monitor for movement so it’s not constantly setting off false alarms if one of us are also in the room moving about in frame (can just set it to watch inside the crib for example). You can also adjust how sensitive you want the movement detection to be (low/med/high). Although we were both able to connect to the app through our phones, having the external monitor is so helpful as well since it frees up our phones at night if we need to use them for other things. The monitor feels solid and does a pretty good job of alerting us whenever there is movement or crying as it beeps (can be quite loud so we put it on the lowest setting which is plenty loud enough). The cry detection is great and works very well. The intercom is very clear and not muffled. Music and night light is helpful too. Really pleased with the quality and features of this camera. The only thing I had some trouble with was connecting both phones through the app but finally figured it out and now it is working well (have to connect one phone first then just send an invite to the other phone). I do also wish the volume for the room was a little louder on the monitor (is great on the app) as it can be hard to hear at times from a distance but the beeps help alert us very well so that makes up for it.

I have had this monitor and camera for almost two years. Overall I'm very satisfied with the product. I like that when connected to WiFi I can use the app on my phone instead of the physical monitor if needed. I also will take a camera and my monitor outside the house when we are visiting somewhere for nap time and still have the ability to see and hear my son. You can also use it not on wifi if that ever fails. I like the ability to move the camera around to be able to see a different angle if needed. The picture is good quality. You can turn off any indicator lights that are on the physical camera so that way your child isn't distracted by them. Overall good durability. When researching it was the best value for everything it offered. The only thing that I wish was different about it is I wish there was some different capabilities with the "alarm" for when your baby is crying. It has it where it beeps at you when they hit a certain level of crying or movement. I would prefer there to be an option for it not to beep at you and instead just turn the monitor on and the sound on so you just hear your child instead of the beeping noise as well. But you can turn these alarms off. My son is right next to our room so I heard him anyways. Overall I would recommend this as a very good option for the price. The warranty option was also very helpful! Recently my monitor stopped working. After trying several troubleshooting things I emailed the company ([email protected]) and they were quite helpful. I sent a video of what my monitor was doing. They sent me another one in a couple weeks. Very nice to work with and helpful.

When I was pregnant with my first baby I sort of went on a deep dive to find the perfect baby monitor that would do everything I wanted it to. The most important things to me was that I wanted a monitor that I could access from my phone that also had its own monitor. I did not want to have to leave my phone running all night to see the camera and I did not want to purchase an additional tablet etc. to avoid that. But I also wanted the option to be able to access the cameras when I was away. I ordered 2 options that claimed to do this, but neither of them would save recordings to access later. as a new Mom I had so many fears and concerns and I wanted to make sure I could always see and protect my baby. I returned the previous options and found this option and decided to give it a try. It has been perfect for everything that I was hoping for and I have not had a single issue with it. I can access the cameras easily and have the picture is so clear. The monitor has very useful settings and easy to navigate. It was very easy to set up. I did have 1 issue with the monitor not turning on and when I contacted customer service they were easy to get ahold of, quick to respond, and provided me with a replacement with no hassles and it came fast. I already ordered a second camera to connect to the monitor and use for my next baby as well and am so grateful to have found such a perfect product.

This is quite literally one of the best baby monitors in the market. It’s so easy to set up and connect to the app, the instructions are simple to follow and understand. The WiFi connection never disable, I haven’t had to reconnect it since getting it a week ago. The quality of both the camera and monitor are good, it doesn’t feel cheaply made and the monitor is very strong, tested this when it accidentally fell on the floor. No damage whatsoever! My favorite features are the cry detector, even when my baby is cooing I get a cry notification which to me is great for when I’m not in the room with my baby, I’m able to look back at footage recorded and of every notification I received. This puts my mind at ease as I would want to know what happened if I find my child in a situation I didn’t see, I also enjoy the clarity of the camera, specifically when used through the app. It’s such high quality even in night mode, this is very helpful as it will allow you to see even the smallest thing like spit up on your baby. You can’t go wrong with this purchase, I’m definitely gonna buy a second camera when baby is old enough to independently play in the basement.

I have 3 children and we have used camera baby monitors for our youngest two, as they weren’t out when our oldest was a baby. 😂😂 Through the years we’ve used many brands, and I’m shocked to see that this camera offers better picture & sound than most. I love the cry & movement detection- we chose to keep the sound detection off. Our son just turned one at the end of April and has already figured out how to climb over his crib. So I absolutely love the motion tracking, and I’m very happy with the camera alerting us if baby tries to climb out of his crib. The app is simple to sync to your monitor system, which the system itself is even more easy to set up. I can’t tell you how happy and shocked we are to have such a great baby monitor camera system at such a great price! You can’t beat it!!! The I my reason I gave 4 stars and not 5- is because we have to pay to see recordings of our baby. Other minister systems do not charge for that. I did see it can take an SD card- so we’ll most likely look into that.

Within 5 months of using the monitor. It can't be turned on. When I tried to contact boifun they said that i need to tell amazon. And Amazon won't take responsibility they want me to contact boifun. This whole seesaw is a nightmare! And it's not even cheap...

Después de estar utilizando el producto un par de meses, va lo malo: -No pude activar la garantía de 3 años en México -Me dio miedo 2 días porque "detectaba movimiento" cuando no había nada moviéndose -Otras veces, no siempre detecta el movimiento de mi bebé la sensibilidad de los sensores se modifica si por alguna razón tienes que desconectar el dispositivo, es como si las funciones se reiniciaran y luego se me olvida reconfigurar -El sensor de llanto tampoco funciona siempre -La visión nocturna se activa y desactiva con poca luz y llega a ser un poco ruidoso cuando se está adaptando ya sea en el amanecer o atardecer. -La batería del monitor dura muy poco! Al día lo tengo que cargar 2 veces si lo he usado mucho -el modo de descanso a veces tarda en reaccionar con los sensores -Creo que por el precio, no esperaba tener tantos detalles. Lo bueno: -La calidad de la visión nocturna es bastante buena -La calidad del video en el monitor también es buenisima -Me encanta que la app y el monitor funcionan muy bien en conjunto y he resuelto muchos detalles desde la app -El diseño es lindo y si puede funcionar como lámpara de noche -No sé cómo pero aún sin señal de Wifi siguió funcionando (desconozco si sea una función) -El diseño es hermoso Para lo que lo necesitaba cumple, peeero por el precio, sí esperaba un poco de menos detalles con los sensores

La compré para cuando saliera de casa pudiera monitorear a mi bebé, y resultó no tener buena conexión, tarda mucho en cargar la imagen. No la recomiendo!! Tampoco tiene conexión a Alexa ni a Google Home, eso es mentira. Lo que sí me gusta, es que es versátil, tiene música, iluminación, pantalla grande, y un bonito diseño. Pero al final, no resolvió lo principal por el cuál accedí a comprarla. No la recomiendo si tu prioridad es eso, monitorear a tu bebé estando fuera de casa. (Dentro de casa, funciona relativamente bien)
