Well, what a relief!I've had Plantar Fasciitis now for 11 months - a truly miserable, painful experience as all sufferers will know. I've tried it all - massage, ice, tennis balls, golf balls, stretches, exercises, acupuncture, injections, insoles, you name it - nothing worked. Then I found these insoles. When you get them you think – oh boy, what a waste – they just look like plain foam inserts. They are not sculpted or shaped like other fancy insoles I’ve tried. BUT, when you put them in your shoes – wow !!! The pain relief is almost instant. They are so comfortable. The pain doesn’t go completely, but taken in conjunction with two other items – see below, I would honestly say it is down by 80% or so. They are quite thick and do make the shoes a little tight, but it is not a big deal – after 11 months you will do anything to get rid of that “every step is painful condition”. Really disappointed with product. Flimsy insoles and the supports were simply strips of foam that needed to be cut to size and then stuck on the insole. No beneficial effect for my plantar fasciitis and as such wouldn’t buy the product again.

I bought these for my husband who has had plantar fasciatas for about 4 months. He has tried everything else so thought he would try these, although they are quite expensive. He has been using them all the time for about a month now but has not found any relief from the pain, which is quite disappointing.

The insoles certainly made my heel pain more bearable but haven't yet been a cure all solution. I will continue to use them in the hope things improve over time.

I ordered these last year and left it until now to right the review. I must say these insoles surprised me the pain that I had been suffering started to reduce as soon as I started to use them. The pain went away all together but I continued to use the insoles. The cost was very low and the the results were very high👍

immediately improved the pain in my foot. Gave a pair to a friend who has tendonitis and it helps him walk. I put them in my wellies and they cushion my feet beautifully. Need another pair for all my shoes!
