I am so glad with this purchase. It’s easily to assemble. I didn’t have a problem with height of chair and can sit comfortably inside (I’m 5x4). The steam is wonderful. It really works. Seems like within seconds you are sweating. I did have trouble disassembling at first, but after watching youtube video it was a piece of cake. I recommend this if you like the steam room & your gym doesn’t have one. Just set this up. This is the next best thing..and no unwanted chattering, just quiet, pure relaxation.

I’ve been using this almost every day, with essential oils and I absolutely love it. It’s not the highest quality but it’s very affordable and does the job. Great for the price. So far so good! I would definitely recommend it to others.

I’ve been using this sauna since April 2023. However, the water reservoir has not been turning on when plugged in, and the on/off button does not work either. Please let me know what my options are.

I bought it for my mom because she has muscle pain and she loved it. She tells me that she uses it before going to sleep and sleeps very well. What I also liked is that it is easy to assemble, you just open it and that's it.

When this thing works it’s worth every penny, but I’ve had it for less than 60 days and the plastic crumbled when plugging the hose in. Customer service couldn’t refund or replace (no help). I did buy the extended warranty because this my second one (first lasted almost a year) and I read reviews with some highlighting the poor quality. Invest in something with better quality. This isn’t it.

This thing is awesome! As a fat, claustrophobic 40 year old who really doesn't like sweating I was dubious.At first thought: " Awww it's a little pop up tent with a kids camping chair that my fat a** is definitely gonna break..Where do these tubes go?!!! ..why am i so dumb?? This is rinky dink but whatever."6 minutes later(the time it takes to heat up): It's getting hot in here..glad i took off all muh clothes...I got sweat in all my folds! "15 min later: I am more jelly than person. I am human slime..I am no longer pissy with my family...life is bearable and hurts lessI went into that little tent a fat claustrophobic 40 old grub, turned to goo and emerged a shiny, happy caterpillar who feels like a butterfly!10/10 gonna do it again tomorrow!Set up and clean up are a breeze!

Just bought and used for the first time, and man it did not disappoint! Took a bit to warm up and I thought maybe a line came loose. Nope. Took about 5 minutes on the first go to get ramped up but then it kicked into high gear. First time was only 25 minutes total, based on instructions of 20 minutes but added 5 based on lead time. I'll bump it up 5 minutes a time going forward.It definitely made me sweat about 10 minutes in. Have a towel handy close by.One con is the chair. I'm 5'3 so the tiny chair did not allow my head to pop out of the hole. I had to use one of my lawn chairs to get high enough.

I love this sauna until it stopped working. It was easy to set up and heats up really fast. I used it for an average of 2 times a week for approximately 3 months and then the heating pot sent a spark and stopped working. Looking for a replacement pot.UPDATE: I am pleasantly surprised that the seller reached out to me about this product and refunded me for the amount even though the window of return through Amazon ended. This shows me that they stand by their products and customers. I was already thinking about ordering it again. With the refund, I am for sure going to order it again because I loved it so much. Let’s hope the steamer pot last longer this time.
